Every sheet below was drawn by Clearline Design to show how we draw. None of it is client material, so there is nothing confidential in any of it, and every sheet is marked not for construction. Open a set and judge the drawings. We draw your packages, and every package we draw we look for what repeats; when we find it we build the tool and the next package costs less.

Miscellaneous steel: stair & rail

A straight-run steel stair, twelve feet floor to floor, with a guard and a pipe handrail. Miscellaneous metals is most of what a fabrication shop actually buys drawings for, and it is detailed differently from structural framing.

Working to your standards instead of ours is normal. Send your title block, layer standard and a set of your existing drawings, and the work comes back looking like yours rather than like ours. That is usually the first thing we set up on a new account.
The casework pipeline has a walkthrough too. The pipeline walkthrough steps through the sequence: an interior elevation and a bid go in, and a built model, a dimensioned drawing set and a panel-level cut list come out, reviewed by a drafter before it ships.
